Welcome to ELAGAYBI FOR PACKING & PACKAGING MATERIALS TRADING CO. L.L.C (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and online store located at elagaybi.com (the “Site”), including any purchases you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

ELAGAYBI FOR PACKING & PACKAGING MATERIALS TRADING CO. L.L.C is a business registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Commercial License No. 1153009, issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism), selling food and beverage products, electrical appliances and electronics, and cleaning products, through this Site. 2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, descriptions, weights/measures, and pricing accurately. However:

  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item received.
  • Weights and measures may have minor natural variance.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time, even after an order has been placed, and to cancel any order affected by such an error.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
  • For food and beverage items, expiry/best-before dates are displayed where applicable; please check these upon delivery.
  • Electrical appliances and electronics are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty in addition to your rights under these Terms.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability of stock. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of a product, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount already charged.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are inclusive of 5% VAT, as indicated at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider(s) at the time of order confirmation.
  • We do not store your full payment card details; these are handled directly by our payment processor in accordance with applicable data security standards.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are approximate, not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather, or customs processing.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate; we are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because our products fall into different categories, the following applies:

Food and beverage products

  • Due to their perishable and consumable nature, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, expired, or incorrect.
  • Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence, by contacting info@elagaybi.com.
  • We do not accept returns of opened or partially consumed food or beverage items unless the item is defective, damaged, or expired on arrival.

Electrical appliances and electronics

  • These items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories and documentation included, and provided any factory seal is intact.
  • Beyond the return window, defects are covered under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, where available.

Cleaning products and other goods

  • These items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

General

  • Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to us within the applicable window above, with photographic evidence where applicable, by contacting info@elagaybi.com.
  • Approved returns/refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us; once an order has been dispatched, our standard returns policy above applies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of ELAGAYBI FOR PACKING & PACKAGING MATERIALS TRADING CO. L.L.C or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
